SHIPPING POLICY

After receiving your order confirmation email, most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, however, custom builds are not started until funds have cleared. In the case of Debit/Credit card or Klarna payment methods, this can take up to a week to process/clear with the bank. Once build is completed, the customer will be requested to confirm a suitable shipping date, via email.

 

Unfortunately, we offer no guarantee on processing and shipping times when circumstances are outside our control, such as high order volume, shipping service disruptions, weather-related delays, or other "acts of God."

IN-STORE PICKUP

Currently, collection is be arrangement only. If you are local to either of our locations in Scotland (Glasgow) or England (Billingham) and would like to collect, please let us know.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship to any non UK destinations. We do not ship to forwarding services. Any orders placed to ship to a forwarding service will be cancelled and the order will be fully refunded.

SHIPPING STATUS?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a shipping information from our courier, Proovia. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us: contact@rigforgeco.com

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, fully functional and in original packaging. We will refund the order amount minus any shipping costs and restocking fees for the return, which is up to 20% of the purchase price. If we receive the order back in a condition that isn't consistent with how we shipped the item, and it wasn't damaged upon delivery to the customer, we will deduct repair costs from the return amount. All parts are recorded by serial number for fraud protection.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we receive your message, we will reach out to obtain more information and pictures of the damage, as well as pictures of the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our very best to work towards a satisfactory solution for both parties.
