DELIVERY

When we start. Builds start once your payment has cleared. Bank transfers clear the same day; card payments can take a few days.

How long. Usually 7 working days from cleared payment. If a part is delayed, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

​

In person. Across the North East and central Scotland, your builder delivers and sets it up at your desk. Hand delivery is from £50, depending on distance, and we confirm the price with your quote. We'll agree a time with you.

​

Courier. Everywhere else in the UK, we send it by insured courier, quoted with your build and packed so nothing moves in transit. You'll get tracking by email.

​

Collection. By arrangement only, from Billingham or Glasgow.

​

Outside the UK. We don't ship outside the UK, or to parcel forwarding services.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

Custom builds. A custom build is made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once we've started. If you cancel before we've ordered any parts, you get a full refund. After that, we refund everything we can recover from our suppliers.

Anything that isn't made to your spec. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason. Email contact@rigforgeco.com, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. We refund what you paid, including the original standard delivery, within 14 days of getting it back. You pay the return postage. If it comes back handled beyond what you'd need to check it works, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.

IF SOMETHING'S WRONG

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as you can with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll repair or replace it, or refund you where the law says so, and we cover the postage. See the Warranty page for the full picture. Your statutory rights are not affected.

SERIAL NUMBERS

Every part is recorded by serial number when it goes in, for your warranty and for fraud protection.
