Yes. Across the North East and central Scotland, your builder delivers it and sets it up at your desk, from £50 depending on distance. Everywhere else in the UK, we send it by insured courier, quoted with your build. We don't ship outside the UK.

3 years' labour on the build, plus the manufacturer's warranty on every new part. If a part fails, we handle the manufacturer claim for you and refit it free within those 3 years, and we cover the postage both ways. Your statutory rights are on top of that, not replaced by it.

Yes. Every build there was made to order, so tell us which one caught your eye and what you'll use it for. We'll spec it to today's parts and your budget.

Yes. That's what Build Around Yours is for, and we can do it on custom builds too. Parts you supply are covered by their own warranty, not ours.

A Ryzen 7 9800X3D platform starts from £1,595: a new processor, motherboard, memory, cooler and power supply, and you keep your graphics card and drives. Smaller budgets get a cheaper platform, or just the one part that makes the difference. Keep your case if it's a decent one, or pick a new one; shop-bought PCs often need one. Your old parts are recycled for you, or come back to you if you'd rather sell them on. It usually takes 3 to 5 working days once your PC is with us. Our fitting labour is covered for 12 months, and the parts you keep stay under their own warranty.

Yes, Windows desktop PCs, including ones we didn't build. We don't repair laptops or consoles. Diagnosis is £45 and comes off the bill if you go ahead, and we'll tell you what's wrong and what it costs before we do anything else. Prices are on our Repairs and Upgrades page. Diagnosis is £45 for up to an hour on the bench, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead. A clean and repaste is £69, plus £30 to do the graphics card too. A Windows reinstall is £60. Fitting a part is £35 per part, and a faster processor on the same board is £50. Anything else is £45 an hour, quoted and capped before we start, with a minimum of £45. Your build comes with a tuned BIOS profile saved. Some updates matter, so when one comes out for your board, get in touch first. We'll tell you whether you need it and help you put your profile back afterwards.

Only if you want to, and never without saying so. Sometimes a tested pre-owned part is the smart way to stretch a budget. Every quote and invoice marks each part as new or pre-owned and tested.
